Located just 5 minutes walk to a glorious, wide sandy beach, 3 minutes walk to the picturesque Cowes golf course & a leisurely 25 minute foreshore walk to the cafes & shops of Cowes. Our sunny modern beach house is located in peaceful and pretty "Silverleaves". It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus powder room, ultra modern, fully equipped kitchen, bright, spacious, contemporary living areas, full laundry facilities.

To make your stay comfortable we provide quality modern furnishings, air conditioning & central heating, television, DVD & stereo. Laundry with washing machine. Rear deck with outdoor furnishings and BBQ facility. Full fenced yard and double garage with remote door. Our beach house accommodates up to 7 people (2 Queen size beds & 3 single beds) doonas and pillows provided. This is a dog friendly house for small to medium, well trained dogs.

Just two hours from Melbourne, Philip Island offers abundant activities or total relaxation.


We do not provide linen. Ie sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels. We do not provide food at this beach house, however a very well equipped supermarket and bottle shop is available in Cowes (5 min by car).

Cancellation / Booking Policy

50% Deposit within 3 days of booking. Balance payable no later than 2 weeks before stay. Once booked no refund. No exchange.
